Over many decades of practice, Dr Kaufman documented masses of cases of patients who became more mobile and self-sufficient after long term niacinamide treatment. Reputedly, it is niacinamide’s capability to fire tangible fix of the joint surfaces that leads to the dramatic decrease in discomfort and swelling. I need to mention, though , that niacinamide isn’t a panacea or something which will work in each single case. Clearly , some joints have been damaged so severely that nothing will help. There are a few different circumstances I can think about that may meddle with niacinamide’s efficacy in treating arthritis and other conditions. Acceptable protein is obligatory for joint repair .
Cartilage is protein rich, and without a sufficient intake of protein, fix can’t happen. That’s why I recommend you take a whey protein powder supplement if you have arthritis. Niacinamide, also known as vitamin B-3, functions in over fifty metabolic reactions, the majority of which are enzymatic.
Its bio-active forms NAD+, NADH, NADP, and NADPH play critical roles as catalysts in the energy generation process in the cells, the breakdown of proteins and trans acids, the synthesis of trans-acids, and the formation of steroid hormones and red blood cells. In cases of moderate arthritis, one thousand mg to 1,500 mg daily have produced superb results. ( Am] Clin Nutr 85;14:356 ) In more significant cases, as much as three thousand mg to four thousand mg have been advised.
